Smithfield Family Portraits | Windsor Castle Park

As you can imagine, the sunflower field has been a huge hit with everyone in Hampton Roads. Last night, we hit the last leg of that beautiful field. A good amount of the flowers are sad a droopy but they still make a beautiful back drop. If only sunflowers last all year!

Last week, I was contacted by Erica letting me know that they wanted to get in on the sunflower action and get some family portraits done. It's pretty cool because I have known Brian for a really long time, like since the 1st grade. He's a very good friend of my brother Jon's. It was pretty cool to see him all grown up Hehe:)

Our session went very well as they have an adorable family. They didn't let all that summer heat and bugs get to them. When I do family sessions, I love chatting with the kids because I get a peek into their world. Their little man, BriBri had the time of his life out there in the fields.
